Summary/Abstract: This article reflects the results of the literature review on sustainable assessment. Durability is the ability to exist constantly. In a rapidly changing world, the higher education system must undergo significant reforms. The concept of sustainability in the context of vocational training of students refers to how well the educational program prepares self-managing individuals to act in a complex society, to face the challenges that arise after graduation, to learn new things effectively, and to be able to evaluate these results. Related concepts such as evaluative judgment, self-regulation, and self-efficacy are elucidated in the context of theories that include them. There is also a list of important conditions for sustainable evaluation in higher education.
