Summary/Abstract: In the challenging environment of the new age, in the field of competition in the markets, one of the components that increase success for companies is to focus on the task of strategic human resource management (HRM), which gives the company a competitive advantage. In the meantime, human resources are more important due to their limitations and information resources due to their importance in making correct decisions. The objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between human resources management and financial productivity and employee performance of current companies in the stock market of Uzbekistan in 2023. Descriptive and inferential statistics from SPSS software were used for data analysis. In this research, 255 people completed the questionnaire completely. The present study showed that there is a positive and high correlation between strategic planning of human resources and employee performance, and with the increase of strategic planning of human resources in the organization, the level of employee performance and therefore the financial efficiency of the company also increases.
