Summary/Abstract: Unprecedented technical progress is causing the rise of artificial intelligence. This process also affects the central questions of economics. Processes outlined in the study the technological changes outlined above do not stop the use of smart devices that are accessible to all and could have an increasingly significant impact on every aspect of our lives. Are these developments actually asserting themselves as new resources of economics, or are they barriers to employment? Will the new technological revolution affect the future of Human Resource Management? The answers on the changes also include the views of students.
