Summary/Abstract: When, with the admission of a request for relocation, the court ruling on the procedural incident considers that, depending on the specific facts of the case, it should be appropriate not to keep the procedural acts conducted until that time, the court where the case was moved starts with the first procedural act in question. If the court that resolves the relocation request does not expressly establish which procedural documents will not be kept, and the process is in the first instance phase, the court designated by the decision to admit the relocation request is obliged to reinitiate the regularisation procedure.
