Summary/Abstract: The rapid and complex development of society has led to an impressive increase in the volume of information to be known and processed, in a context in which the information system is limited to the collection, transmission and processing of information by automated means, whereas the information system is much more comprehensive. As long as information is considered as an independent process, there is a tendency to consider, on the one hand, that it is information that determines human action and, on the other hand, that information is used by human action in order to achieve a particular performance, and, in view of all these aspects, we can state that the phenomenon of cybercrime has a global dimension, characterized by multiple territorial links.
