Summary/Abstract: The Centre for Defence and Security Strategic Studies (CDSSS), structure within the National Defence University “Carol I”, organized on December 11, 2024, the Workshop titled “The Impact of Climate Change on National Security (III)”, in coordination with the General Directorate for Armaments. The workshop represented the final stage of the project with the same name, part of the Sectoral Research and Development Plan of the Ministry of National Defence for the 2022-2024 period. The project was undertaken by Romania at the request of the European Commission as part of the joint efforts of European states to combat the effects of these changes and identify viable solutions to mitigate them.
