PROTECTION OF THE CHILD'S HEALTH, AS HIS RIGHT AND MORAL VALUE

Summary/Abstract: This article considers health as a complex concept, including social, emotional, physical, spiritual and other types of aspects. The “Convention on the Rights of the Child” is presented regarding the protection of children's health and the child's right to mental and physical health. Parallel to this is brought out the modern need to educate children from an early age to value “health” and strive for its strengthening and protection, which will contribute to both personal and social well-being and longevity.
