Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the conducted research was to find out the relationship between ego-resiliency and self-esteem of students with and without passion, taking into account the moderating role of self-efficacy. The study included 201 university students, including 111 students declaring to have passions and 90 students without passions. The study used Rosenberg’s Self-Esteem Scale, Ego-Resiliency Scale, the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) and the Self-Report Passion Scale. The relationship between the variables was tested using correlation and moderation analysis. The results show that the relationship between ego-resiliency and self-efficacy among students with and without passion is statistically significant, and also indicate a positive relationship between ego-resiliency and self-efficacy only in among students with passion with high self-efficacy. In contrast, ego-resiliency is negatively related to self-esteem only for students without passion with low and average self-efficacy. Celem przeprowadzonych badań było poznanie związku pomiędzy ego-resiliency a samooceną studentów z pasją i bez pasji, z uwzględnieniem moderacyjnej roli poczucia własnej skuteczności. Badaniami objęto 201 studentów, w tym 111 deklarujących posiadanie pasji i 90 studentów bez pasji. W badaniach wykorzystano Skalę Samooceny M. Rosenberga, Skalę Ego-Resiliency, Skalę Uogólnionej Własnej Skuteczności (GSES) i Self-Report Passion Scale.
