The contemporary stage is characterized by an unprecedented increase in the volume of informational flows and a computerization of all spheres of human life, persistently talking about the transition from the "industrial society" to the "informational society". In modern conditions, the person's rights which are recognized are the faculty to enjoy and to be defended the essential and inherent attributes and interests of his person, them become fundamental values for all members of society, present both on the screens and behind them. Information technology, which is constantly advancing, has changed the way we relate to information, since any publicly displayed data can remain accessible indefinitely.
