Summary/Abstract: The evolution of AI technologies introduced new methods for preserving the memory of the Holocaust and monitoring hate speech, making information more accessible and enhancing educational experiences. This article explores the role of AI in shaping Holocaust remembrance policies, while mapping the risks these technologies pose. It further examines the concerns of national governments and international organizations in creating regulatory frameworks that safeguard human rights. The analysis focuses on Romania, which has been recognized as a regional model in combating antisemitism. I assess the extent to which AI technologies are implemented to protect the memory of the Holocaust.
