Summary/Abstract: Obtaining the creditors' consent to continue the activity subject to Article 87 paragraph (2) of Law no. 85/2014 is fully justified, because they bear the risk of a possible loss from the continuation of the current activity. Only in the absence of the creditors' consent, the documents, operations and payments made will not be valid.
