Summary/Abstract: The text explores the relationship between dramaturgical strategies in the collaborative theatrical process (devised theatre) and the figures of rhizome and palimpsest. The contemporary theatrical stage is marked by fragmentation, multigenre approaches, and the interpenetration of disciplines as a result of the crisis and dynamics of identity in the digital era. The study examines postdramatic theatre as a space for experimentation, where logic and linear narrative give way to associative connections, montage of fragments, and audience interpretation. The semiotic figures of rhizome and palimpsest serve as models for the dramaturgical construction of the theatrical text in the devising process.Hans-Thies Lehmann defines postdramatic theatre as "a game with the density of signs" where meaning arises from the interaction between author, text, and audience. In this sense, the theatrical text is perceived as "texture"—a dynamic and multilayered structure that stimulates individual interpretations. The collaborative theatrical process is based on the active participation of all creators, leading to unconventional dramaturgical forms and new ways of perception. The text offers a fresh perspective on contemporary theatre, viewing it as a space for free interpretation and creative experimentation through the means of rhizomatic thinking and palimpsestic layering
