15. Admissibility of bringing the main appeal and the incidental appeal by the same party, at the same time

Summary/Abstract: The court considers that under the circumstances of bringing the main appeal against the judgment ruled on by the court, the same parties cannot file an incidental appeal anymore. This sentence is upheld both by the provisions of Article 472 of the Code of Civil Procedure governing the incidental appeal, and by the provisions of Article 460 of the Code of Civil Procedure, establishing the principle of uniqueness of the appeal.
