Summary/Abstract: The text attempts to present the Church of St. Annunciation in the town of Razlog, which has not been studied in the scientific literature. Based on the preserved archival documentary sources an attempt is made to reconstruct the history of the church and to examine the archi-tecture, painting, and carved decoration of the temple. The author of the original project is ar-chitect Alexander Rashenov and this is the only church building he designed. The icons of the iconostasis and the murals in the apse are painted by Stefan Sharich, an artist whose artistic biography is not well known. The carving was done by the famous woodcarver Petar Kushlev.
