Summary/Abstract: This study examines the relationship between teachers' emotional literacy levels and qualified communication skills from a conceptual perspective. In educational processes, it is observed that teachers' emotional awareness, empathy and emotion regulation skills increase their ability to communicate effectively and respond to students' individual needs. While addressing the relationship between the definition and dimensions of emotional literacy and qualified communication, the study aims to provide a holistic approach to the subject by utilizing existing literature. The findings reveal that suggestions should be developed to increase teachers' emotional literacy levels. In this context, the results of the study aim to contribute to the development of more effective communication strategies in education.
