Summary/Abstract: Following the declaration of unconstitutionality of the law on combating extremist activities, which allowed, among other measures, to condemn people using symbols of the Russian military operation, the Moldovan Constitutional Court was accused of submitting to the Putin regime. However, the analysis of the judgment pronounced on April 11, 2023 allows us to note the validity of the annulment and the absence of any political motive criticized by part of the political authorities.
