Summary/Abstract: The article proposes to analyze the European future of Ukraine through the procedure for selecting constitutional judges and the reforms necessary to consolidate the Rule of law. By first pointing out the flaws in the functioning of the Ukrainian Constitutional Court, the author considers the possible depoliticization of this procedure, a sign of the independence of the institution, and analyzes the confrontations between the opinions of the Venice Commission and the Ukrainian Parliament.
