Summary/Abstract: Poland’s accession to the European Union 20 years ago was a real accelerator in the process of democratization of the country and the development of its economy. After the 2015 parliamentary elections, a fundamental change in the perception of the State and the law and their relations with the European Union occurred. A crisis that has gone through several phases, analyzed in this study, which end is expected since the Tusk government came to power in order to allow the Polish State to continue the economic transformation, with a return to the values of the Union desired by citizens.
