Summary/Abstract: In this work, I would like to approach the theme: The strategy of the religious leader - between education and revelation. For the sake of knowledge, we will refer to the evangelical religious space, where the religious leader is the pastor. In the evangelical ecclesiological context, the role of the pastor in directing the community of believers is essential. Alister McGrath systematizes the definitions given to the evangelical movement by stating that it is a Protestant movement with North American origins and conservative theology that:,,... tends to center its theology on a group of four hypotheses: (1) the full authority and sufficiency of Scripture, (2) the uniqueness of redemption through Christ's death on the cross, often concurrent with the theory of substitutionary atonement, (3) the emphasis on personal conversion, and (4) the necessity and urgency of evangelism."
