Summary/Abstract: During the observation period, the debtor is permitted to continue carrying out regular business activities and may make payments to known creditors, provided these transactions fall within the ordinary course of business. During this time, the general rule is that the debtor collects receivables into a single account and uses these funds exclusively for conducting regular activities. Creditors are afforded protection under Article 87, paragraph (3).
