Summary/Abstract: Adrian Vermeule’s book, Common Good Constitutionalism, came out in 2022, after Trump, after the US Supreme Court has been reshuffled into a definitively more conservative institution and in a context in which progressive liberals had been increasingly frustrated with the prominence of conservative takes on constitutionalism, like originalism, especially in academia but more and more so in the judiciary as well.
