Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the prepared material is to demonstrate the selected aspectsof logistic terrain assessment in the context of the provision of logistic sup-port for troops during tactical operations. The development of the article waspreceded by a series of multifaceted analyses of professional literature andperiodicals devoted to the military terrain analysis and specific combat envi-ronments, as well as determinants of logistical support, which consequentlyenabled the synthesis and formulation of conclusions.
