Summary/Abstract: In my study entitled Religious Freedom in the System of Fundamental Rights, I presented the history and content of the fundamental right of religious freedom. I presented the elements of freedom of conscience and freedom of religion as a fundamental right for all. I looked at the provisions in force at national and international level. I examined the legal rules on the neutrality of the State.
