Summary/Abstract: In relation to the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (the Panel regarding the appeal in the interest of the law), three decisions on admission were ruled on in relation to: Government Ordinance no. 26/2011 on the establishment of the State Inspectorate for Road Transport Control, approved with amendments and additions by Law no. 18/2012; Law no. 263/2010 on the unitary public pension system; Law no. 85/2014 on insolvency prevention and insolvency proceedings.
