Summary/Abstract: Organizational management is undergoing a significant transformation in the context of accelerated digitization, known as the “digital code age”. This article explores how digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics and cloud solutions are influencing organizational structures, strategies and culture. The research results highlight that digitization allows greater flexibility and efficiency in organizational structures, replacing traditional hierarchical models with agile and decentralized structures. Strategic decisions based on data, supported by artificial intelligence, improve the accuracy and speed of the decision-making process, but also raise questions about ethics and transparency.
