Summary/Abstract: We wanted to open a discussion aimed at a wider audience on the topic of classical and horizontal work processes. For this purpose we invited those interested to answer an anonymous questionnaire in which theatre workers were asked how they define classical and horizontal creative processes, what they find liberating in these, what difficulties they encounter and what they would consider to be the ideal hierarchy among theatre workers.
