Summary/Abstract: The presentation we propose aims to offer an invitation to explore the patristic heritage, specifically its hymnography. The work of Lecturer Dr. Alexandru Prelipcean, a well-established author in Romanian patristic research, focuses on creating a harmonious collection of studies dedicated to the great hymnographer Saint Romanos the Melodist. It is worth noting that the volume we bring to the public’s attention is in its second revised and expanded edition, having first been published in 2017 by Astra Museum Publishing.
