Summary/Abstract: The gloss refers to the judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union of 24 February2020 in joined cases C-143/20 and C-213/20 concerning information disclosure of life insuranceundertakings in unit-linked life insurance. This judgment provides guidance on information obli-gations in this type of insurance with respect to entities whom the information is to be commu-nicated and as regards the scope of the information provided.
