Summary/Abstract: In this study a hermeneutical critique of the scientifi c approach will be presented as a question of historism. The scientifi c and evolutional theories of culture which reduce the interpretation possibility of the historicity and the search from a genetic perspective is a starting point. The concepts of social sciences move within a certain theoretical horizon, and this offers an interpretation possibility of these system for analysis of the empirical data. A hermeneutical approach opposes to the cultural-philosophical grounding of the culture, directing us to the questions which both the social science and other scientifi c disciplines themselves unable to examine.
