Summary/Abstract: Serbia failed to elect a president on 16 November for the third time in 14 months, due to low voter turnout. The results that did come in show the radical nationalist leader Tomislav Nikolic winning most votes, well ahead of the ruling Democratic Opposition of Serbia (DOS) coalition candidate, Dragoljub Micunovic.
