Summary/Abstract: The theme of Mariology and its importance are at almost opposite poles in the two Christian traditions: while for Roman Catholic theology this subject is of great importance and the Mother of God enjoys a very special cult, in Pentecostal theology this theme is almost overlooked, and the opinions of theologians on this subject come mainly as critical responses to existing Marian theology. This study aims, on the basis of the bilateral dialogue between two commissions: one Roman Catholic and one of classical Pentecostals, to expound Pentecostal Marian theology. Thus, starting from the existing biblical information and the critical analysis of Roman-Catholic theology, the Pentecostal commission has drafted a document presenting the main theological views on Mariology. In fact, at the end of this dialogue session, the two commissions adopted a Agreed Account setting out the main points of convergence between the two theologies on Marian theology.
