Summary/Abstract: Researching discrimination in education is an important branch of educational research that focuses on identifying, measuring and understanding how students are discriminated against in schools. The research provide data on the extent of discrimination in educational institutions, and the data obtained through the questionnaire is essential to monitor the process of tackling discrimination with a view to developing effective educational policies to promote equality and inclusion in education to ensure that all pupils have equal opportunities to succeed. This research aims to identify the existence or non-existence of discriminatory behaviors among students, the factors that trigger these behaviors, the impact they have on academic performance, which is often low. At the same time, we aimed to analyze the emergence of violence and harassment, the impact that discrimination can have on students, in order to develop effective educational policies, the application of national and international anti-discrimination legislation, the creation of a favorable environment to develop the young generation, teachers being a model of conduct in the school environment.
