A first step in this endeavour involves an introspection of the education system with the aim of identifying deficiencies and their causes and proposing measures and directions to follow for effective and efficient educational management. Therefore, this article proposes to present the current state of the pre-university education system, especially the state of educational management and how it manages to cope with challenges from education. The professionalisation and responsibility of educational management are the main elements pursued in the educational reform strategy.
