Summary/Abstract: In the context of the public debate regarding the legislative reform in the matter of magistrates' service pensions, this material aims, on the one hand, to expose a series of relevant terminological, statistical and jurisprudential benchmarks and, on the other hand, to offer some useful perspectives for the future shaping of the status of magistrates from a financial point of view.
