Summary/Abstract: The mention of the village Jelakce, on the right side of the Ibar River along the Dubravska River is mostly mentioned in historical sources as border possession outside of the mentioned feudal lordships in order to become the Metoh of the Mount Athos of Saint Pantelion monastery at the end of the 14th century together with the square of Koporić. The development of the Koporić square was conditioned by the existence of other mine excavations in its vicinity. In the mining basin of Koporić there was a mining settlement, today’s village of Jelakce, whose ubication between boundaries of Koporić, and Baran is supposed to be the part of Banjska feudal lordship. The stream of Bela Voda speaks on behalf of this supposition, which flows through the village of Jelakce where in the boundaries of Koporić is mentioned as Beli Potok.
