Summary/Abstract: The issuance of Law no. 303/2022 on the status of judges and prosecutors in Romania aimed, on the one hand, at harmonizing the legislation on Romanian justice with the European recommendations formulated within its monitoring mechanisms, on the other hand, with the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Romania issued regarding the old regulation, which criticized it for legal uncertainty.
