Summary/Abstract: Nowadays we are witnesses of rapid and major changes in every domain of life, and so education is no exception.When it comes to change, many of us do not always feel ready for change. We almost all feel most comfortable with the daily routine and procedures. Sometimes changes are experienced as a threat, although they can also be exciting and open new opportunities for us, teachers. This paper deals with and highlights the benefits of introducing changes in the educational process. When we talk about changes we mean aligning them with the needs of new generations of students who do not fit into the traditional educational process and for these students the introduction of innovations is imminent. Although education today is subject to a number of changes relating to curriculum, teaching and learning, classroom, assessment and technology, this paper talks about their adjustment to new generations of students.
