Summary/Abstract: Crisis management on critical infrastructure requires sophisticated tools for quick and efficient response. The integration of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) through the GEO-BIM platform provides the ability to better understand, plan and respond to such contingencies. Critical infrastructure, including bridges, tunnels, energy and communication networks, is the foundation of modern society. Their protection during crisis situations, such as natural disasters or technological failures, is crucial for maintaining the continuity of life and the economy. The integration of GIS and BIM through the GEO-BIM platform enables a holistic approach to the management and protection of this infrastructure. The GEO-BIM platform combines spatial data from GIS with detailed construction information from BIM. This integration enables the creation of digital duplicates of objects and networks, which enables a detailed analysis of the state and performance of the infrastructure.
