Summary/Abstract: The increasing popularity of hybrid business models, which integrate physical and digital work environments, presents new challenges in leadership, teamwork, job roles, and communication skills. The objective of this research was to analyze how online methods and virtual reality (VR) learning can enhance the key competencies necessary for successful functioning in hybrid business models. The methodological framework included a review of relevant literature written by experts from various sectors and a case study on the application of VR learning in the business environment. The results showed that online and VR learning significantly improve communication skills, team cohesion, and leadership abilities in hybrid work models, with a notable increase in engagement and interactivity among VR technology users. These results provide practical guidelines for organizations to adopt innovative approaches to employee training and development, facilitating adaptation to the evolving demands of modern business.
