History of the Hunedoara Bar

Summary/Abstract: The legal phenomenon has accompanied human society at all stages of its development, which has required the establishment of specific bodies to regulate people’s misconduct, as well as punitive means associated with each violation of social rules. Each historical period is characterized by a legal system that met the requirements of the time and that, like society, has been constantly perfected and improved. Bars appeared in the second period of the 19th century, first in Bucharest, then in Iași, Dolj-Jiu, and in Deva in 1923.
