Summary/Abstract: The study examines the procedure regarding the technical forensic expertise, paying particular attention to quality and speed, emphasizing the importance of the procedure for its evidentiary force within an optimal and predictable timeframe. Analyzing the regulations of the Civil Code, the special law, as well as legislation and concerns from the E.U. and the Republic of Moldova, we believe that multiple resources can be found for favorable effects in carrying out the technical forensic expertise.
