Summary/Abstract: In this article we are trying to present in detailed way a historical period of Shkodra at the end of the 14th century that begins with the Turkish threats and continues until the surrender of the city and its surroundings to the Venetians by George II Strazimir Balsha. As a result, we will try to bring light on a difficult period in the history of medieval Shkodra, such as the last 15 years of the 14th century. We will focus on two moments of this history: First, at the time of the conquest of Shkodra by the Ottomans in the years 1393-1395, as well as its transit of the city to the Venetian rule in 1396. To present these events, we will focus mainly on documents from the Archives of Venice and Ragusa, on some Ottoman chronicles, as well as on the works of various authors.
