Summary/Abstract: The loss of professional status following the deterioration of a person's health can constitute a complex of factors that generate vulnerability. Illness pension face not only a drastic drop in income, but also risks of social marginalization, isolation and even loss of family support. In the present the intervention for this category of persons is extremely limited and under are presented in the architecture of social services, as legislative resettlement and the creation of dedicated services are needed for the recovery and social rehabilitation of sick pensioners and their relatives.
