Summary/Abstract: He completed his secondary school studies between 1940 and 1948 at the Székelykeresztúr Unitarian Orbán Balázs High School. The spirit and cohesive community life of the Székelykeresztúr Unitarian High School shaped his entire later life. He graduated here in 1948 and worked briefly as a teacher, then as an accountant, and spent two years performing labor service. He completed his theological studies between 1954 and 1958 at the University-Level Protestant Theological Institute in Cluj. From August 1958 until September 1969, he served in the Betterfalva congregation, and from October 1, 1969, until his retirement on December 31, 1998, he served in the Szabédi congregation.
