Summary/Abstract: Playing object, game object, hobby or system object can be anything. In this paper we will consider as object the toy in general and a certain toy in particular, given to the huge impact the latter has had on society over the last half century, impact that, without showing signs of fatigue, still continues to have nowadays.The toy is a magical vehicle that is invested with the power to be the basis on which it builds an ideal world from our point of view. An object that has the power to transport us in that world to which we are the ones who give shape. Of course, we are talking about a form of “domesticated” magic, yet magic. The toy, material or imaginary, is the cornerstone of play.The LEGO system has long gone beyond the toy industry, being applied nowadays on a huge area, including economic, engineering, space, educational, artistic field.
