Summary/Abstract: n the nearly four years since the last substantial modification, the Labour Code is again the object of such a procedure, it is true, the smaller scale by Law no. 12/2015, amending and supplementing Law no. 53/2003 - Labour Code. The most important of these are: amending and supplementing art. 56 paragraph 1 letter c, the termination of individual employment contract, completing art. 92 on temporary workers and about to take leave of employees (Art. 145-146) that the provisions of the Labour Code in the field are brought into line with EU rules and case law. These changes can be applied to civil servants, as they are not contrary to the specific legislation of public office. Unfortunate this time again modifications to the Labour Code have not considered the legal nature within 5 days, provided by art. 56 para. 2 or at least the consequences of exceeding this period by the employer and any number of issues that need to be correlated with measures of other laws, such as for example the head. II of Title X (art. 237-240), on Labour Inspection or other clarifications or additions necessary outlined in reference doctrine.
