In addition to family support, it is essential for all women during pregnancy and postpartum period to receive support from healthcare professionals to facilitate their adjustment to their new role in life. High-quality healthcare for women during pregnancy and postpartum should be the goal of all healthcare institutions focused on improving healthcare services and family-oriented care.
