15 years of multilingual monthly fruit growing magazines "European Fruit Magazine. EFM" and their connections with Sandomierz in 2009–2011

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to present the origins of the multilingual monthly fruit magazines European Fruit Magazine. EFM issued since 2009 in Sandomierz and since 2011 in Kraków. Their formal and publishing features were discussed, the authors and the content of printed articles were presented. Orchard magazines discuss fruit tree cultivation in Europe. Their cultivation conditions, tree species, pests, diseases and machines are the same. However, the price of fruit is determined by global supply. A fruit grower must be up to date with international events in his industry to properly plan fruit production. This knowledge can be obtained from the presented magazines.
