Summary/Abstract: Russia’s deliberate armed aggression against Ukraine began in February 2014 with the seizure of part of Ukraine’s territory, the Crimean Peninsula, and then the provocation of war in Donbas. On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a full-scale war against Ukraine. The Ukrainian Armed Forces, territorial defense forces, and Ukrainian civilians thwarted the Kremlin’s plans for a “blitzkrieg.” The study presents some aspects of Ukrainian legislation related to Russia’s war against Ukraine since 2014.
