Summary/Abstract: The State Labour Inspection is the body established to control and supervise the observance of labourlaw. The purpose of this study is to answer the question of whether its performance of tasks arisingfrom the content of article 10 of Act of 13 April 2007 on State Labour Inspection can serve to realizethe principle of freedom of work.
